  You're on your own if anything goes wrong, as has been my experience. They provide no authentication for what they sell that you can use to care for your watch in the long term which means you take a huge risk if anything goes wrong with your watch, to which I thought, "what could go wrong with a watch?". But then, less than 3 months after purchasing a Panerai watch here, the strap fell apart. I called and emailed Authentic Watches and they told me sorry, they couldn't do anything about it and directed me to Panerai to see if they would help me. Panerai told me they'd never seen one of their straps fall apart like that in 3 months but since I didn't buy it from a Panerai seller or have any authentication card, they couldn't help me. Authentic Watches won't replace the strap or refund the watch. So if I had to choose again, I would definitely forfeit the savings in lieu of feeling confident I purchased an authentic item and being covered by the global protections of an authorized seller. It was an engagement present for my husband, so it has been really become an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. Thanks Authentic Watches for your used car salesman-like attitude towards selling high-price watches. Stellar. I feel like I spent 3000$ on a Canal Street knock off.
