  This company will rip you off! If your equipment needs service or repair, you'll likely have to wait a few days before someone will come out to fix it. The bladders in the tanks they provide are constantly going bad and need replacement. I bought another under sink filter and discontinued my service. I made an appointment for a tech to come out and remove the equipment before the end of the billing cycle. When I called late that day, the lady on the phone said there was no appointment. She made another appointment, but another billing cycle had started so they billed me for another entire month.
  The water produced is no better than other RO systems.
